A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required upon receipt of your flowers. This deposit goes towards the final cost of the finished piece. It normally takes two to three months for your finished design to be complete, but may take longer due to high volumes.
Forever Floral currently accepts cash, checks, and credit cards.
A deposit of $100.00 is required when flowers are delivered to Forever Floral, this goes towards the purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable. 50% of total amount is due at time of ordering selected case. Total due before shipment can be made.
All sales are final once your display case is selected and ordered.
Flowers not used in your design will be the property of Forever Floral.
Forever Floral is authorized to use whatever materials and techniques necessary to properly mount any mementos without regard to damage, staining or reversibility. Mementos cannot be removed once permanently mounted.
Forever Floral cannot be held responsible nor held liable for flower loss due to acts of God or mechanical failure beyond our control. Forever Floral maintains a backup power source in the event of a power outage.
Forever Floral reserves the right to substitute matching flowers when needed due to damage of original flowers. Extra charges may occur.
Your order serves as your consent to allow Forever Floral or its representatives to use images created of keepsake display cases to be used for editorial, advertising, and exhibition purposes.
Terms and conditions must be signed when Forever Floral receives your flowers and/or mementos.

You will need to overnight the flowers. The US Post Office, Fed Ex, or UPS are able to provide these services for you. As long as they guarantee next day delivery. Once the flowers arrive we will call you to confirm that we have received them.

A deposit of $100 can be made by enclosing a check with the information in the box.
You will need to set up an online consultation to select your display and design. This should be done within 4 weeks of the event. A 50% deposit is required to order the display. The balance will be due upon completion of the keepsake.
